Eastern suburbs in Sydney leads weekend auction results: CoreLogic
Sydney recorded a preliminary auction clearance rate of 80.4 percent for the week ending August 7 according to CoreLogic, marking the 15th consecutive clearance rate above 70 percent for the city.
According to CoreLogic the Eastern Suburbs (94.6 percent), City and Inner South (94.3 percent) and Northern Beaches (91.7 percent) were the strongest performing sub-regions by clearance rate.
