The month of June saw more than $6 million in residential sales in Brisbane's Ecco Ripley masterplanned community, a total of 19 transactions for house and land packages and land-only sales in the $500 million Sekisui House development in Ripley Valley.

Ecco Ripley state sales manager Scott Blaney said Ecco Ripley is already a thriving community with over 500 residents now living here or with their homes under construction.

"Sekisui House expected sales to accelerate further with the first home buyer grant having risen to $20,000 on July 1," he said.

“It makes our already affordable, quality offering here at Ecco Ripley even more accessible and attractive for first-time buyers.

“The town centre will become the commercial and social hub of the region as all of the surrounding communities and developments will feed into it.

“It will offer a major regional shopping centre, a transit centre, health and education facilities, cafes, restaurants, parks and community facilities to cater for this region’s projected population of 120,000 people over the next 20 years.”

Buyers at Ecco Ripley presently can choose from duplex, Fit & Finished homes, house and land packages and land-only options.

Land lots are currently available from $158,000 with house-and-land packages, including new duplexes available from  $325,000.
