Construction of Pointcorp's apartment development Fabric in Brisbanes' Teneriffe is slated to begin late this year with 73 apartments across 7 storeys to be complemented by 2018.

The development, on Florence Street and Commercial Road, 2.5 km from Brisbane’s CBD, features interiors designed by Cottee-Parker and will offer  cityscape and riverfront views and will include residents-only yoga and reflection retreat, pool, sundeck, designer furnishings, barbecue facilities and private dining areas.

The development is influenced by neighbouring wool stores and warehouses surrounding as well city loft conversions in New York City.

Residents can choose between light and dark interior colours  with kitchen areas featuring integrated Miele appliances, down lighting and generous cupboard storage as well as bespoke feature walls and black framing elements.
