Inner Melbourne stands out with 77 percent clearance rate

Melbourne’s clearance rate totalled 77.3 percent from with 669 auctions for the week ending July 18, according to CoreLogic.
The busiest sub-region was the inner sub-region with 103 auctions and a clearance rate of 77.0 percent.
