One A Erskineville release new penthouses

Developers Abacus Property and Linear Group have redesigned a number of apartment layouts and features in their Sydney residential development, One A Erskineville.

Iain Halliday of BKH and Kannfinch and Breakspear Architects has designed new 1 and 2 bedroom penthouses which are now on sale for between $788,000 and $1.195 million.

Some 125 of 175 apartments have already sold, with a number of 3 bedroom penthouse apartments in the development already selling for between $1.5 million and $1.975 million.
