New South Wales holds clearance rate of 80 percent: Realestate.com.au

New South wales had a clearance rate of 80 percent from 341 total scheduled auctions for the week ending July 3, according to realestate.com.au
Realestate.com.au reported 80 properties sold prior to auction, 42 were passed in, 133 sold at auction and 10 were withdrawn.
