Brookfield launch Gallery House, new Brisbane riverfront development
A registrations of interest campaign has been launched to sell one, two or three bedroom apartments, or one of six premium penthouses and sub penthouses in the waterfront Gallery House development in Brisbane's Hamilton.
Apartments in the $144 million 20 level Gallery House development from Brookfield Residential Properties feature full height windows and quality finishes, with many also featuring two car spaces, with building including a rooftop sanctuary with an infinity pool, outdoor lounge and BBQ area.
Brookfield Residential Properties' General Manager Lee Butterworth said the have worked closely with renowned architect, Cottee Parker, to design a building that connects with the river and emanates a sense of tranquillity and warmth.
