Established developer Roxy-Pacific has just unveiled its mixed-use project in Potts Point, The Hensley.

Located on Bayswater Road, The Henley was designed by award-wining architects Woods Bagot's, whose bold architectural statement won a design competition to create a one-of-a-kind addition to Potts Point that captures its past and present.

Behind its historic façade, the Hensley's contemporary structure drifts from brick to modern steel and glass.

The lobby mirrors the area's bohemian past, with art deco touches and herringbone floor tiling.

The eight level building has 44 north-east facing one, two and three bedroom apartments, with the higher apartments offering views extending to Rushcutters Bay and the city.

Buyers in The Hensley have the option of a dark and bold or light and bright colour scheme in their apartment.

As well as spacious balconies extending from the living spaces, there's a rooftop terrace with a communal kitchen garden (above).

The building will also have its own café on the ground floor.

Opening launch has been scheduled for June 4. Construction is expected to begin in August 2016 with completion proposed for December 2017.
