Gold Coast nets clearance rate of 41.5 percent: CoreLogic RP Data

The Gold Coast had a preliminary auction clearance rate of 41.5 percent for the week ending March 29 according to CoreLogic RP Data.
QLD's Sunshine Coast came in at 52.2 percent. Wollongong, NSW, had a preliminary clearance rate of 60 percent, with the Hunter region 69.2 percent.
