$53m apartment project for Brisbane’s Stones Corner
An apartment project worth $53 million is going on the market in Brisbane's Stones Corner on Saturday 27 August.
The property, named Stoneham, 20 Stoneham Street, is being developed by DeMartini Fletcher and features 12 levels with 99 one and two bedroom apartments, undercover parking and a ground floor retail precinct.
The pre-1911 building, named ‘Stoneham House’ will be restored and integrated into the design and include an 18 metre pool, barbeques, private dining areas and relaxation zones.
The one and two bedroom apartments will range in size from 74sqm to 93sqm respectively with one bedroom apartments priced from $357,500 and two bedroom configurations priced from $555,000.
