Wollongong holds clearance rate of 82 percent: CoreLogic RP Datas

Clearance rates in Sydney's south is strong with an 82.4 percent preliminary clearance rate of 17 auctions according to CoreLogic RP Data.
The Hunter Valley region had a preliminary clearance rate of 75 percent from 24 auctions and Victoria's Geelong 73.7 percent from 19 auctions.
