Sydney city holds a clearance rate of 86 percent: CoreLogic RP Data

Sydney held a preliminary clearance rate of 74.2 percent for the week ending May 22, down from 76.2 percent last week making Sydney the best performing capital city market for the second week in a row, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
Sydney's City and Inner South were the strongest performing regions with an 86.5 percent clearance rate and North Sydney and Hornsby with a clearance rate of 83.0 percent.
