Melbourne's outer east holds 80 percent clearance rate: CoreLogic RP Data

Preliminary auctions results in Melbourne for the week ending May 22 show a clearance rate of 70.7 percent, down from 71.3 percent last week.

Melbourne’s Inner sub-region held a 72.2 percent clearance rate, with the Outer East region at 80 percent across 50 results from 57 auctions.
