Bond Quarter, a 105-apartment high rise by Alpha 14 Property Group, is set within a heritage-listed building on Melbourne’s famous Spencer Street.

Designed by Hayball, the 386 Spencer Street site has an area of 834 square metres, and is located in the University High School Zone.

Spread over 16 floors, Bond Quarter will comprise a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, with the one bedroom at $385,000 and the latter from $484,000.

The developer claims sales are robust, only to be expected as the development has easy access to educational institutions including Melbourne University, medical centres and is close to public transport.
