The housing market in Coffs Harbour, far north New South Wales and Sydney is on the decline, according to valuation firm Herron Todd White.
HTW state east coast NSW is largely holding a steady trend in rental vacancy and the volume of house sales, but house sale volumes are beginning their fall in Sydney.
New house construction is ramping up in Canberra.
