Victoria's combined clearance rate at 77 percent: REIV

Victoria had a clearance rate of 77 percent for the weekend ending April 24 down from 73 percent last weekend and 82 percent this weekend last year.
There were 472 auctions reported to the REIV, with 365 selling and 107 being passed in, 58 of those on a vendor bid.
