Melbourne's strong clearance rate in Inner East: CoreLogic RP Data

From 503 reported results in Melbourne for the week ending 3 April some 68.0 percent sold, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

The strongest Melbourne sub-region was the Inner East, with a preliminary clearance rate of 74.4 percent.
