Fairfax CFO David Housego misses out on the most expensive sale of the week

A six bedroom, four bathroom home in Bellevue Hill topped this weeks most expensive sales with $7.25 million, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

Sold through Ballard Properties Clint Ballard and James Ball, the home features a swimming pool, a home cinema and a wine cellar.

The second most expensive house was in Collaroy where Brendan Pomponio and Kirsten Bertram of Belle Property sold a five bedroom, four bathroom home for $5.65 million.

The designer sandstone and timber designer home belonged to Fairfax CFO David Housego and features an open fire place beside the swimming pool.
