Gold Coast clearance rate comes in at 50 percent: CoreLogic RP Data
Preliminary clearance rates for the Gold Coast show show 50.0 percent for the week ending 13 March, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
Wollongong in New South Wales had a preliminary clearance rate of 71.4 percent and Victoria's Geelong at 53.3 percent.
