Sydney's Eastern Suburbs holds clearance rate of 86.9 percent: CoreLogic RP Data

Sydney'a preliminary auction clearance fell to 73.3 percent, for the week ending 28 February from last week's 76.5 percent, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

The Eastern Suburbs has a preliminary clearance rate of 86.9 percent with North Sydney and Hornsby with 173 auctions. and a preliminary clearance rate of 78.5 percent.
