Portsea tops the 10 highest sales this week: CoreLogic RP Data
The top sale of the week was Rovina, a five bedroom, five bathroom home Portsea which sold for $10.7 million, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
The early 1960's home at 3808 Point Nepean Road was sold through Kay & Burton Portsea.
In a distant second was 46a Cowdroy Avenue in Cammeray which sold for $6 million through Richardson & Wrench.
The property features extensive outdoor living areas with views over Willoughby Bay as well as a fully tiled glass edge pool, a gym and a cellar.
