Gold Coast clearance rate at 50 percent: CoreLogic RP Data

The preliminary clearance rate for the Gold Coast is at 50 percent for the week ending February 21, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
Queensland's Sunshine Coast came in at 63.2 percent, Victoria's Geelong at 66.7 percent and Wollongong at 72.2 percent.
