Gold Coast posts clearance rate of 39.4 percent: CoreLogic RP Data

Queensland's Gold Coast recorded a preliminary clearance rate of 39.4 percent from a total of 59 auctions for the week ending 7 February, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
The Victorian region of Geelong posted a preliminary clearance rate of 76.9 percent from a total of 21 auctions and the Hunter region in New South Wales a preliminary clearance rate of 62.5 percent from a total of 52 auctions.
