Melbourne's 92 million dollar median suburbs: REIV

There were 92 suburbs in Melbourne that had a median house price in excess of a million dollars in December Quarter 2015, according to the REIV.

Of these, 45 suburbs had 30 or more sales in the quarter.

There were thirteen new entrants to this list over the quarter: Brunswick East, East Melbourne, Flinders, Hampton East, Middle Park, Parkdale, Parkville, Research, Rosanna, Sorrento, St Kilda West, Thornbury and Warrandyte. Eight suburbs - Brunswick East, Hampton East, Parkdale, Parkville, Research, Rosanna, Sorrento and Thornbury - returned to the list in the three months to December 2015.
