Gold Coast posts clearance rate of 36.5%: CoreLogic RP Data

The Gold Coast posted a preliminary auction clearance rate of 36.5% from a total of 87 recorded auctions for the week ending 13 December, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
The Hunter region in NSW posted a preliminary clearance rate of 39.3% from 51 auctions and Victoria's Geelong posted 75% from 44 total auctions.
