The most expensive property reported sold at weekend auction was a four-bedroom home at 157a Seaforth Crescent Seaforth sold for $5,700,000 by LJ Hooker Seaforth.

The deep waterfront comes with pontoon and jetty.

A three-bedroom unit at 21/51-55 Upper Pitt Street Kirribilli sold by LJ Hooker Wahroonga for $5,500,000.

A four-bedroom unit at 3 Parker Street McMahons Point sold for $4,850,000 by Blues Point Real Estate.

A seven-bedroom home at 2 Ethel Street Burwood sold for $4,325,000 by Rich+Oliva Croydon Park/Burwood.

A five-bedroom home at 9 Parkview Road Fairlight sold for $3,035,000 by Stone Real Estate.

A six-bedroom home at 2 Amiens Street Gladesville sold by Ray White Gladesville and Ryde for $2,890,000.
