Budgewoi sale at 20% premium to auction price guidance

A two-bedroom home at 193 Scenic Drive, Budgewoi sold at weekend auction for $339,500 by One Agency Eastlakes.
The pre-auction marketing was suggesting $275,000 plus price expectations for the brick veneer house.
CoreLogic RP Data put the median house price of the NSW Central Coast suburb at a record $360,000.
The New South Wales central coast suburb of Budgewoi was consistently one of Australia's worst performing suburbs for value of mortgage delinquencies, according to Fitch Ratings.
In September last year, Kingston, Queensland's 4114 postcode, took over Budgewoi's title as the suburb with the highest value of mortgage delinquencies.
