The Mornington Peninsula property, Fargeet at Flinders, has been listed for December expressions of interest sale.

Abercromby’s agents Tim Bennetts and Jock Langley has $9 million plus hopes for the property with gun-barrel views of Bass Strait.

The contemporary 2003-built home sits on a rise overlooking the ocean.

b.e Architects designed the house which builder Gary Hutchins sold the 37 hectare property in 2008 for $6.53 million to the Bittar family.
