Frasers Property Australia's residential development Putney Hill has won a number of recent industry awards for building excellence for its apartments and premium homes and apartments.

Putney Hill won awards for the best townhouse/villa developer, the commendation winner in the masterplanned development category and many others. The awards came from the UDIA NSW, MBA NSW and the HIA.

Taylor Construction Group continues building the development at Putney Hill, having been appointed to build its $51 million trio of apartment buildings known as Canopy, as part of the development's Morrison Road Precinct.

Construction is underway on the second stage of the master planned community, with completion expected early 2017.

The Morrison Road Precinct directly overlooks the new 2.4 hectare Lardelli Park and comprises over 300 apartments.

Canopy and Putney Hill’s latest apartment release, PEAK, set within native trees and lush landscaped gardens, will commence construction in early 2016.

PEAK’s 174 apartments and penthouses are currently selling fast with over $68 million in sales.

Set across two low-rise buildings, PEAK occupies the site’s highest point and affords residents spectacular views from Sydney CBD to the Parramatta River and Blue Mountains.

Frasers Property development director Warwick Dowler said the property group were delighted with the MBA award win and to be recognised for the dedication and commitment to excellence for the complex.
