The Sydney suburb is holding an auction just three days before Christmas, with seven properties going under the hammer.
Mark Vella of Starr Partners Blacktown has five family homes.
The most expensive home he has is 3 Bridge View Street (above). The five bedroom property with an in-ground pool has a bidders guide from $725,000.
He also has the four bedroom 30 Julie Street available for $630,000 plus and 11/177 Reservoir Road for $430,000 plus.
The four bedroom 17 Clare Street or 6/16 Filey Street don't come with a price guide.
Daniel Formosa and Brandon Mercia have the other family home at the auction, with the four bedroom 26 Berg Street.
The last property is targeted at the renovator, 277 Blacktown Road, which is located on a 663 sqm block with two double bedrooms.
