The Academy Award-winner Adam Elliot has sold his Thornbury warehouse at $920,000 through Nelson Alexander director Arch Staver.

Inspectees were told Elliot’s next animation feature film project had triggered the move with his partner, Dan Doherty.

More than $840,000 was expected for 94A Harold Street.

Adam Elliot won Best Animated Short Film for Harvie Krumpet in 2004.

In 2013 his Prahran Edwardian residence sold at $835,000.
