A $3.615 million converted warehouse in Redfern was the weekend's most expensive Sydney sale.

The warehouse home has three bedrooms, however has approval for four bedrooms plus a studio.

The original industrial detail has been maintained, with exposed brickwork, wooden flooring and timber beams.

The property has more than doubled since it's $1.43 million sale in 2012, an impressive annual appreciation of 23.86 per cent.
