Melbourne's auction success rate hovers in the mid 60s: REIV

Melbourne's weekend clearance rate of 67% was higher than 65% last week and 66% this week last year.

There were 1236 auctions reported to the REIV. 

There are more than 1,400 auctions scheduled next weekend, which will mark the final Super Saturday for the year, the REIV chief Enzo Raimondo said..
