Two new releases in Berwick Waters this weekend
Berwick Waters, located south-east of Melbourne, will stage two lot releases by Frasers Property on December 5.

College Green is offering plots in a range of sizes up to 913 square metre in its second release.
The development, comprising schools, recreation facilities, amenities and retirement living all in the one location, promises a range of lifestyle options for residents of all ages.
Waterside Village
Waterside Village is designed around a central park and surrounded by landscaping and wetlands.
The Cedarbark release offers a selection of regular-shaped lots from 312 to 570 square metre, with a depth choice of 25 metres or 32 metres depth.
The lots are priced from $230,000.
The blocks will be sold on a first come, first served basis. Purchasers are required to pay a 5% deposit and sign an unconditional land contract.
