The former Wallaby Stephen Lidbury and his wife Joanne have upgraded Mosman homes as the Mosman merry-go-round gains some renewed momentum.

Lidbury, who played in 1987 tour of Argentina and against England in their 1988 tour of Australia, has spent $6.3 million.

The five bedroom family home last traded at $5.7 million in 2008, with the latest price returning to its 2006 price level, given the global financial crisis knocked Mosman about leading to low sales activity.

They sold their Federation home on Countess Street for $3.2 million recently.

Lidbury, the formidable Warringah player, is a director of the cleaning and security services specialists company, Millennium Hi-Tech.
