The $420,000 apartment is situated in the leafy inner south suburb of Canberra, eight kilometres from the CBD.
The property last traded in 2006 for $320,000, an annual appreciation of 2.83%. It is currently being leased at $450 per week, a rental gross yield of 5.57 per cent.
