Sydney clearance rate at 56% Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for week ending Sunday 29 November show a preliminary clearance rate of 56% from 1284 total scheduled auctions.
According to data from realestate.com.au, 335 were sold at auction within NSW, 280 passed in and 196 sold prior to auction.
One standout property in the Sydney suburb of Bondi - a four bedroom home 400 metres from the beach at 14 Consett Avenue, Bondi (above), sold for $2,405,000.
