Gold Coast records auction clearance rate of 32%

Queensland's Gold Coast has recorded a preliminary clearance rate of 32% from a total of 81 auctions for the week ending 22 November, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

The Sunshine coast has a preliminary auction clearance rate of 41.7% rom 44 total auctions, Melbourne's Geelong 59.4% from a total of 50 auctions and the Hunter region in New South Wales 53.7% from a total of 56 auctions.
