The most affordable property in Canberra from the weekend's auction was a three bedroom townhouse which sold for $395,000.
The property was last traded in 2009 for $360,000 reflecting 1.44 percent annual increase in the last six years.
The property features an open plan living area which leads to a rear undercover deck and courtyard.
The two hectare lot in a private complex also includes an extra long remote controlled garage.
