Eastern Sydney suburbs record 82.6% clearance rate: CoreLogic RP Data

Sydney has had the third week in a row with a preliminary clearance rate below 60%, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
Auction volumes for the week ending 22 November are down to 1,080 from 1,223 last week.
Sydney's Eastern suburbs recorded preliminary clearance rate of 82.6%.
