Seven Hill Brisbane home takes most expensive weekend sale

Brisbane's most expensive property to sell at weekend auction fetched $1.39 million.

Brenton Faehrmann of Place Group Bulimia was the selling agent of 13 Ursus St, Seven Hills.

The property hadn't been traded since 1990 when it was sold for $145,000. 

The 1242 sqm family home features dual street access, manicured lawns and gardens and a 20 seat entertaining deck with Miele dishwasher, built in bbq and sink.

The inside kitchen designed by Garsden and Clarke's kitchen interiors and includes integrated appliances, a breakfast bar and a 40ml stone bench with waterfall ends.

The six bedroom property has three bedrooms downstairs and three upstairs.

Separate to the main house is a shed/games room of the corner block. 

The suburb of Seven Hills is five kilometres from Brisbane CBD.
