Seacliff four bedder Adelaide's most expensive sale

The most expensive Adelaide property to be sold at weekend auction was a beachside family home at 80 Myrtle Road in Seacliff.

Brad Allen from Brad J Smith sold the home for $1.18 million.

Built in 1984, the property comprises of four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an all weather alfresco deck with kitchen and bbq area.

South west of the centre of Adelaide, the 1185 sqm property is metres to Seacliff beach and a short walk to Seacliff train station.
