Residential Kensington record price heads to $4 million

Sydney's Kensington has a new suburb record.
The four-bedroom house at 1A Tunstall Ave, Kensington has been sold for $4 million through BickmoreHutt Realty.
The Tunstall Avenue home sold prior to auction.
The previous Kensington record was a home at 10 McDougall Street that sold for $3.775 million last year.
