Banc's high-end downsizers pitch in Brisbane's Toowong

Brisbane's newest luxury riverfront project, Banc has been launched offering larger home-style apartments.
Fronting Coronation Drive, Toowong, it will have 33 apartments with the higher levels having up to 230sqm of living space with private lift to door entry.
The Banc Sky Homes span levels six to 14 - with two residences per floor.
"Up until now, most high-end downsizers have had to buy and amalgamate multiple apartments to achieve their desired floorplan," said Peter Hutton of Hutton and Hutton.
The project's two and three bedroom apartments are priced from $899,000 and $1,390,000.
Banc is designed by WMK Architects and SJB Interiors is located at 527 Coronation Drive, Toowong.
