Hawthorn Bond boutique apartment development

A boutique apartment development in Hawthorn will be open to the public on November 21.

Hawthorn Bond offers one and two bedroom apartments in the block which spans four levels.

The development provides luxury living at an affordable price point with prices starting at $425,000.

Helena Lau, a representative from the buildings developers Shine Corp says "we don't believe that blue-chip locations should only be accessible by those who can afford the accompanying price tag and by offering 31 unique floorpans we've tailored the development to offer a range of apartments suitable for everyone."

The apartment block is nestled within Auburn Village and plays homage to the areas rich industrial past by using the historical Hawthorn black brick, a brick often associated with luxury Victorian homes.

The apartments feature an open-plan living area, Australian hardwood flooring, Smeg appliances and natural finishes throughout. 

The complex made a conscious effort not to include any communal areas onsite to keep the price of the apartments down.

Located on Burwood Road the block is within walking distance to Auburn Village's local amenities.
