Business entrepreneur Louis Carroll has listed his spectacular estate on the escarpment in Bayview for $8.5 million.
Carroll has been quiet on the property front in recent years since his record breaking $14.6 million waterfront sale at Newport in 2008.
Before that was a pricey Killara property play.
He has spent millions refurbishing and improving his latest ultra private property offering which comes with views over Pittwater.
LJ Hooker Mona Vale agent Ryan Petrie has the 4600 sqm estate listing.
"The view is arguably the best on the beaches, coupled with complete privacy and the highest quality accomodation," he said.
