Pools on the market this summer
Property Observer went looking for special pools as summer gets underway.
We spotted these five.
1. 5253 Captain Cook Highway, Oak Beach, QLD
Diamond Cliff is currently on the market and has the top pool on our list.
The fully chlorinated saltwater pool overlooks the Coral sea.
The 5.8 x 9.6 metre pool sits beneath a covered terrace which features a hammock and entertainment area.
The property is currently on the market for $3.5 million.
2. 370 Kangaroo Ground, Wattle Glen Road, Kangaroo River, VIC
The sandstone paved infinity pool at Maple Hill sits at the back of the property and looks out over the 6.17 hectare estate.
The view from the pool comprises of the grounds spectacular gardens.
3. 9 Eblin Drive, Hamilton, QLD
Around the back of the house the pool is next to the outdoor living and entertainment area and is positioned beside a large grassy area.
There is a raised platform within the pool for two chairs.
4. 9 Janet Street, Merewether, NSW
The only infinity pool in the list to feature a cascading waterfall.
The pool looks particularly stunning at night.
5. 5 Kononda Court, Mooloolaba, QLD
The waterfront property features a pool next to outdoor area with shelter by Tiki huts and palm trees.
