Tamarama Federation home snapped up pre-auction

An original Federation home withheld from the market for 37 years has been snapped up before auction for $2.6 million.

The 515 sqm property spent only 17 days on the market and was sold by Property Realty agent Deborah Terley.

The single level home contains three bedrooms and one bathroom and ornate ceilings, lead light windows, picture rails and polished timber floors.

Currently the median sales price of houses in the Tamarama area is $3.2 million, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
