Sydney's eastern suburbs holds 84.3% clearance rate: CoreLogic RP Data

Sydney held a preliminary auction clearance rate of 64.4% from 995 scheduled auctions for the week ending October 25, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
The eastern suburbs holds a clearance rate of 84.3% from 109 auctions sold. The Northern Beaches holds a clearance rate of 61.9% from a total of 76 auctions.
