NSW auction results show 64% clearance rate: Realestate.com.au

New South Wales auction results for week ending Sunday 25 October show a preliminary clearance rate of 64% from 995 scheduled auctions.
According to data from realestate.com.au, 311 properties were sold at auction within NSW, 199 passed in and 176 sold prior to auction.
One standout property in the Sydney suburb of Grays Point - a four bedroom home at 60 Budyan Road Grays Point sold for $1,250,000.
